About
I discovered yoga aged 15 and soon embarked on a solo pilgrimage across India (pictured here!) – a journey that shaped my carefully crafted blend of Eastern and Western approaches to wellness.
I couple the wisdom I’ve gained through my spiritual teachers – and years spent living in spiritual ashrams and monasteries – with an evidence-based approach. In addition to extensive training in yoga, meditation and sound, I hold a Master’s in Psychology from UCL, and work as a therapy assistant in the NHS.
I have since been fortunate enough to teach all over the world – from London’s top studios, to NHS hospitals. From mental health charities like Mind, to corporate businesses.
I believe that what is missing is the spiritual component – connection to something bigger and greater than ourselves, what some may call God or the universe, and who I know as Krishna.

I teach yoga, meditation and sound in London and online. I offer group classes and private 1-2-1s, for individuals and businesses.
