My classes

I aim to offer simple, yet high quality, classes, workshops and courses. I couple a deep reverence for yoga’s history and philosophy with the modern scientific approach of physiology and psychology, marrying Eastern and Western approaches to yoga āsana. As I often say: you are your greatest teacher, I’m just here to drop in suggestions for you to explore the possibilities available to you in your practice. I hope that after our session together, your body feels more vibrant and your mind more radiantly alive and well resourced. 

Public classes

My classes are intentionally slower paced, giving space for introspection. I chose not to play music during my sessions, providing the quietness to go inwards and abide with yourself more intimately. I tend to work through a particular theme over a series of weeks, often an anatomical theme coupled with a philosophical element. I especially like to teach soft yin and inspiring slow flows. Private 1-2-1s

I love working with you 1-1. This gives us the opportunity to entirely tailor the sessions to your needs, experience, and goals. These are especially helpful if you’re looking to go deeper in your practice, are recovering from an injury/surgery, or are pre or post natal. I offer these sessions either online or in the comfort of your own home. Prices start at £50 per session.
